Redefining Leadership: Insights from CSAC’s Annual Meeting

At CSAC’s 129th Annual Meeting in Alameda County, CSAC Institute staff set up an engaging booth, posing a simple yet profound question to attendees: “What does leadership mean to you?” Four main themes stood out: policy over politics, trust in teams, embracing fun, and radiating positivity.

The booth offered a unique space for attendees to share their perspectives on leadership and learn more about what the Institute has to offer through upcoming virtual and on-site training opportunities with county leaders and nationally recognized instructors.
