A Message From the President
 

For good or for bad, we are at the forefront of a new era in public policy. As local government leaders, we must work together to ensure that this new era properly serves the 38 million Californians we represent. In this light, your attendance at our upcoming CSAC Annual Meeting is more important than ever. 

Scheduled for November 16-19 in Riverside County, CSAC's 116th Annual Meeting will provide you with the latest information on vital issues and valuable tools to assist you in your responsibilities back home. Your presence will enhance "The County Voice" – to ensure that it is being heard loud and clear.

Our planning committee has working for the past nine months to develop a conference will be a sound investment for you and your colleagues. Working together, we can make a difference in our counties and in the lives of those we serve.

Hotel Information

The conference hotels are the Riverside Marriott and the Mission Inn. Please do not contact hotels directly as the Riverside Convention & Visitors Bureau will handle all housing for CSAC 116th Annual Meeting. You must use the Hotel Reservation Form linked below.

 
 
Conference Schedule
 
The CSAC Annual Meeting kicks off in the afternoon of Tuesday, Nov. 16, and concludes with the Annual Banquet on Thursday, Nov. 18.  Some event/sessions will be held prior to the kick-off session, including the CSAC New Supervisors Institute and the Agriculture & Natural Resources policy Committee. More details will be available in early August.
 
 
New Supervisors Institute

The first session of the 2010-11 CSAC New Supervisors Institute will be held in conjunction with the CSAC Annual Meeting. It is set for Monday, Nov. 15, and the morning of Tuesday, Nov.16. Sessions II and III will be held in February and May 2011. CSAC offers special registration rates to supervisors-elect who are attending both the Institute and the Annual Meeting.
