Salary:

$104,499 to $127,005
In addition to the base salary, the position offers a $24,022 cafeteria plan allowance to purchase medical, dental, and vision coverage with any remaining monies taken as cash income, a 5% employer contribution to deferred compensation, $7,020 annual car allowance and 80 hours of paid administrative.

Description:

San Joaquin County seeks an airport manager with proven leadership and business skills who can build and expand the Stockton Metropolitan Airport to its fullest potential as a key transportation hub in the central valley. One of the most critical and foremost responsibilities of the new Airport Director is to identify and market the airport to attract new air services and other business development.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in both the airport operations arena, as well as have the ability to increase the airport business space and increase revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be politically savvy, a results-oriented problem solver with a collaborative approach to include airport staff, the Aviation Advisory Board, the Board of Supervisors, and community stakeholders
