Description: 

Stanislaus County Chief Executive Office is recruiting a Benefits Manager (Manager III) who will be responsible for the administration of employee benefits programs such as medical, dental, vision, life, unemployment insurance, and voluntary benefits. An ideal candidate would have relevant education and experience, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field; AND three years of increasingly responsible professional experience in benefits administration or other related field.

Progressively responsible experience in a related area may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.

Desirable Qualifications:
• One year of management experience in a medium to large organization (100 employees or more) with responsibility for benefit program administration or human resources management, including supervision of staff.
