Salary:

$6114 – $7432/monthly, plus an excellent benefits package, including a CalPERS Retirement Benefit formula of 2.7% @ 55 for individuals identified as “classic members” pursuant to the provisions of California’s 2013 Pension Reform Act.

Qualifications:

Four (4) years of responsible experience in professional construction inspection and/or Plan Checking work, including at least one (1) year in a management or supervisory position; and possession of a valid registration as a Certified Building Official issued by the International Code Council (ICC); and equivalent to a BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration or other closely related field (relevant experience may be substituted on a year for year basis); and a valid Class “C” CDL.
