$93,180 – $113,256/annually

Description:

The County of Yolo is seeking an experienced professional to serve as its Deputy Director – ADMH Clinical in its Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Department.  This is an at-will position that reports to the Director of ADMH and serves as a key member of the department’s executive leadership team along with the Deputy Director-ADMH Operations and the Psychiatrist-Medical Director.  The ideal candidate will possess responsible administrative experience managing multi-divisional mental health clinical programs and staff; manage multi-divisional substance use disorder programs and staff; have demonstrated success in effectively supervising and managing employees with different skill sets and varying levels of motivation; and experience in planning, prioritizing, developing and implementing innovative programs and services.

Qualifications:

Requires a master’s degree and three years’ related experience.  Also requires possession of licensure in the State of California as a physician and surgeon, psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage family therapist or registered nurse.
