Description:

The City and County of San Francisco is the only consolidated city-county government in the state of California. The Mayor is also the County Executive and the County Board of Supervisors acts as the City Council.  The Director of Accounting, Operations & Systems is responsible for ensuring the City’s compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), governmental accounting standards board (GASB) reporting and audit guidelines, and applicable City laws, rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

Requires a BA/BS degree in the appropriate field; and ten years practical experience, including eight years of responsibility for complex administrative and management responsibilities. A master’s degree is preferred.
