The Position

The Risk Management Division of the County of Sonoma Human Resources Department is seeking a talented, experienced, self-directed professional to lead the team responsible for countywide centralized disability and absence management, return-to-work, reasonable accommodation and interactive process, self-insured workers’ compensation, and long-term disability programs provided to County employees.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to provide a centralized and strategic focus managing the health and productivity of the County’s human resource assets.
