The County of Sonoma seeks an experienced Employee Development Manager to manage and lead the county-wide training programs. After a two-year hiatus, the County has the fiscal ability to redevelop a county-wide Employee Development Division within the Human Resources Department. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Employee Development Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the county-wide training and employee development functions; trains and supervises professional and clerical staff; personally performs complex assignments; and performs related duties as required.
Requirements include three years of professional level experience in training, employee and organizational development, or human resources management including at least one year in a supervisory or management capacity.
