$61,174-$80,324 Annually

Description:

New position with central human resources department for the County. May hire at I or II level depending on experience. Conduct investigations of alleged discrimination, harassment or County policy violations; serve as member of County labor negotiations team; conduct special projects; perform training.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, organizational development, human resources, labor relations, investigations/law enforcement AND four years experience in investigations of complaints or legal/criminal matters, labor relations employee relations or human resources administration. II level requires five years experience.
