Salary:

Monthly Salary: $6,370 – $7,744

Description:

The San Joaquin County Public Works Department is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced individual to join a progressive, public service employer who provides diverse assignments and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have professional civil engineering experience with a public sector employer in the area of Flood Management and/or Water Resources.  Professional experience with land use application processing and Public Works permitting is also desirable. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must as the position requires interaction and communication with management, engineering staff, contractors, and other County departments.

This position requires possession of a valid certificate of registration as a Civil Engineer or Traffic Engineer as issued by the California Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and a valid CDL.
