$7,521—$9,143/plus benefits

Description:

San Joaquin County Public Works Department is seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated leader to join a progressive, public service employer who provides great opportunities for diverse assignments and professional growth.  The ideal candidate will have professional engineering experience with a public sector employer in Water Resource Engineering.

Qualifications:

Requires two years as an Engineer IV in San Joaquin County OR two years experience as a Registered Civil Engineer or Traffic Engineer performing diversified public works activities.
Must have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a closely related field from university accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering Technology.
Valid certificate of registration as a Civil Engineer or Traffic Engineer as issued by the California Board of Registration for Professional Engineers; and valid California driver’s license are required.
