Salary:

$74,148 – $101,220/Annual + management benefit package

Description:

Water Resources Agency is recruiting for a fully qualified individual to join their team. Under general direction of Agency General Manager, incumbent will be responsible to direct, plan and organize complex fiscal and accounting operations.  Incumbent will administer or perform a combination of budgeting, accounting, fiscal management, financial reporting and internal auditing and financial data processing functions; train/supervise professional, paraprofessional, technical and/or clerical staff in accounting, auditing, budget and/or payroll functions; provide budgetary/fiscal advice to executive/management/administrative staff.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will typically possess the following:
Experience: Approximately three years of increasingly responsible management experience performing wide variety of duties related to fiscal resource management, including at least one year of significant administrative experience in public finance/accounting, financial/ budgetary functions, and supervisory experience; AND

Education: Equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Public or Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field with course work in accounting, finance and business administration.
