The County Chief Information Officer is seeking a Financial and
Administrative Services Manager an Executive Management position
that reports directly to the CIO and is responsible for planning,
organizing, directing, coordinating and evaluating through
subordinate managers the financial and administrative functions
of the Information Services Department. The position is
responsible for all financial, special property tax
administration, budgetary, human resources, labor relations,
facilities, warehouse and general administrative functions of
The position performs/oversees the day-to-day operations of ISD functions across all divisions, supervising several staff and performing diverse activities. Performance of the typical responsibilities requires familiarity with a broad range of programmatic activities.
Description: Under general direction to plan, organize, direct and coordinate through subordinate managers the financial and administrative functions of a County agency. This position reports directly to the agency head and is responsible for all financial, budgetary, information systems and general administrative functions of an agency having county-wide impact.
