Description:

The County of Mendocino is seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST II or SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST to perform highly responsible and complex professional level human resources work related to classification and compensation, recruitment and selection, employee and labor relations, and the development of related rules, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

HRA II – Req. BS/BA or equivalent with major course work in business or public administration, psychology, industrial relations, or related field & 2 yrs. of professional level HR exp.

Sr. HRA – Req. Req. BS/BA or equivalent with major course work in business or public administration, psychology, industrial relations, or related field & 4 yrs. of professional level analytical HR exp. with 2 yrs. exp. in a public agency.
