Human Resources Analyst I: $56,227.01 – $68,535.18 Annually
Human Resources Analyst II: $64,700.72 – $78,642.68 Annually
Human Resources Analyst III: $72,757.00 – $88,431.27 Annually

Description:

The Human Resources Analyst performs professional duties in the Human Resources Department in one or more of the followings areas: recruitment and examination, classification, salary administration, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, workforce planning, training and employee development, and related fields; gathers and analyzes data; and drafts reports and makes recommendations.

Qualifications:

Academic course work in public administration, business administration, human resources, political science, psychology, or closely related courses. Human resources interviewing and selection experience may substitute for some academic background.  To qualify for the Human Resources Analyst II position, at least one year of professional experience as a Human Resources Analyst I or an equivalent position is required.  To qualify for the Human Resources Analyst III position, at least two years of professional personnel experience, including at least one year at the level of Human Resources Analyst II or an equivalent position, is required.
