SENIOR: $70,552 – $85,756/year
JOURNEY: $63,395 – $77,057/year

Description:

The successful Human Resources Analyst (Journey/Senior) candidate will independently perform complex, difficult, and sensitive personnel/human resources assignments in the areas of recruitment, selection, position-classification, employee relations, and training in a fast paced, exciting environment.

Qualifications:

A Bachelors Degree is required from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or a related field.

AND

Journey Level:  Two (2) years of professional level experience in personnel work including recruitment, selection, classification, labor relations or risk management.

Senior Level:  Three (3) years of recent professional level experience in public sector personnel work including labor and employee relations, recruitment, selection and classification
