Salary:

$1,874.72—$2,512.30 bi-weekly.

Description:

The County of Butte seeks a qualified individual as Human Resources Analyst, Senior.  Under general supervision, coordinates Human Resource functions for Departments with special needs and complex organizational issues; manages special projects as directed.
This is the senior-level classification within the Human Resources Analyst series; incumbents perform a variety of complex analytical studies and customer service functions; reports to Director of Human Resources or designee.

Qualifications:

Required Education, Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Four (4) years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Valid State of California driver’s license may be required.
