The Marin County Human Resources Department and the Marin County Department of Health and Human Services (H&HS) are announcing a recruitment for the position of Mental Health & Substance Use Services Director.   We are seeking a hands-on, team-oriented and self-motivated person to work in a dynamic professional atmosphere. The Mental Health & Substance Use Services Director is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and overall management of the recently integrated Mental Health & Substance Use Services Division of the Department of Health & Human Services.We are seeking a hands-on, team-oriented and self-motivated person to work in a dynamic professional atmosphere. Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Typically, a Master’s degree in health care administration, public health, psychiatric nursing, psychology, sociology, counseling, public administration, business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university and four years administrative or management experience at a level of division director, program manager, and/or center or facility manager in a mental health or substance abuse services program, or closely related health or human service program.
