Approximate Monthly Salary: $3,180.72 – $3,866.28

Description:

If you are interested in applying for the Senior Park Maintenance Worker position that is also open at this time, please submit a separate application for that job announcement. Park Maintenance Worker II is the journey level grounds maintenance class. Park Maintenance Worker II’s perform, and provide guidance to Park Maintenance Worker I’s and temporary help in the performance of, assigned maintenance and repair work. Park Maintenance Worker II’s coordinate the work of small crews, maintain performance records, and may be required to work without direct guidance when the regularly assigned Senior Park Maintenance Worker is not on site.

Qualifications:

One year of full-time experience performing the duties of a Park Maintenance Worker I in Sacramento County service, or

Two years of full-time paid experience performing general grounds maintenance and repair work that can be directly related to the knowledge’s and abilities prescribed for the class of Park Maintenance Worker II.
