Salary:

$78,504 – $109,908 annually

Description:

Manage, administer and oversee the District’s Retirement programs, including employer sponsored defined benefit pension plans and deferred compensation programs, Retirement Board administration and records management; higher level projects that integrate business strategy and labor agreement provisions as they relate to retiree services; and supervising, developing and evaluating staff.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or a related field.

Additional directly related experience beyond the minimum requirement may substitute for the required education based on the ratio of one and a half (1.5) years of experience for each (1) year of education.

Experience: Five (5) years of experience in Benefit Administration with direct experience in pension plan administration, defined contribution, and/or retiree health and welfare, including two (2) years of supervisory experience. Public sector experience is required; at least three (3) years preferred.

Proof of required education, beyond high school, such as college transcripts, diplomas, and/or certificates must be submitted at the time of application, if not substituting experience for the education requirement.
