Description:

Incumbent organizes, directs and supervises the activities of one or more social services programs to serve a population group within the County; assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures related to program activities; provides staff support to higher level management within the assigned division; serves as a member of the department’s management/supervisory team.

Qualifications:

Experience:   Three years of increasingly responsible experience in a social services program of which one year was in a supervisory capacity.  
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college or university preferably with a major in Social Work or a related field.
